The St. Joseph Performing Arts Association is introducing its inaugural Downtown Wreath Parade, a month-long community event kicking off in November. Residents and businesses are invited to create and display holiday wreaths in downtown storefronts, where the public can view them and vote for their favorite. The decorated wreaths will also be sold through an online silent auction to raise funds for the PAA’s mission of bringing world-class performing arts to the region.
