Local designer and new owner Jamie Donaldson is transforming the former St. Joseph Trunk Company building into a mixed-use property that will be called “The Madison.” The project will create two retail spaces and eight uniquely designed apartments, with an expected completion date of spring 2026 for retail and fall 2026 for the residences.
