The St. Joseph Parks Department is seeking public feedback on proposed upgrades to the John Lucas Recreation Complex. Officials are applying for a state grant to fund improvements for the playground and shelter house. Residents can share their ideas to help shape the project during a park board meeting this Thursday from 4 to 5 p.m. at the parks administration building on Grand Avenue.
